Wow, what a great idea. (doing a training on this) Thanks for providing so much value on your blog. One thing I learned from Seth Godin “Tribes”…was that the leader’s job is to make the tribe smaller. As the tribe grows it’s important to keep that larger group connected. (smaller and truly connected)
