Blogging is a platform where you can talk about anything you like. The term Blog came from “web log”, or a daily diary.
Blogs are interactive as people leave comments and opinions, vote for your content and share it with others.
For network marketers, it’s your “home” in cyberspace. People can come by and learn all about you. That can learn about your hobbies, your family, your favorite sports team, things that are important to you, the various businesses you’re in, and have an opportunity to get to know, like and trust you.
For businesses, it’s a place for you to talk about all aspects of your business. By setting up a separate blog just for your business, you can load it full of valuable content pertaining just to your business and industry for ranking in the search engines.
It’s not uncommon for business owners, internet marketers and networkers to have multiple blogs.
I have found that I really enjoy blogging. It’s a place where I can express my thoughts, my goals, my opinions and really make it my own.
You’ll want to stick with a WordPress.org platform, not WordPress.com for the fact that the .com is free hosting and the folks at WordPress have access to your “back office” otherwise known as “c-panel”, ….. they can shut you down in a heartbeat. Whereas, if you are hosting your blog yourself, only you have access to the delete button.
