How to Set Up a Twitter Account in 3 Minutes Flat (Video)

Just have a few minutes?

There really isn’t much to Twitter yet it’s such a powerful marketing tool.

Here are some simple steps:

1)  Go to www.Twitter.com

2) Sign up for your account (Your username is what will actually be a part of your URL and the system will check immediately to see if the name you want is available.  You may have to play around a bit to find the right name if your first choice is not available.

3)  Once you have your account, log in and click on upper left menu bar under “settings”.

4)  Fill out your bio sentence.  You are allowed up to 160 characters.

5)  Enter your location if you desire

6)  Click Save.

7) On your menu bar click “picture”

8) Browse to upload your picture and save.

That’s it.  3 minutes.

  3. You know Debbie, I find that people (myself included… foremost) have a tendency to know exactly how to make the big moves required to get them to where they want to go.

    The problem lies in between here and there… all the little steps… like setting up a Twitter account… that prevent us from ever getting the Big results.

    That was a big relief, I was thinking it would be hard to set up a twitter account or other social networks groups accounts. I know what to do now and
    I can stop asking teenagers who never have the time to show me how.
